“ Festival Way Fish Bar stands as a charming takeaway, featuring a straightforward yet ample chip shop selection, an extensive range of Chinese cuisine, alongside kebabs, gyros, and additional offerings. The food was flavoursome and satisfying, boasting generous portion sizes. The salt and pepper chips were adequately seasoned, the mushrooms' crispy outer coating was delightful, and the haddock was notably well-portioned with a light batter. The staff demonstrated warmth and courtesy, while the establishment itself maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. Conveniently, there is some parking available at the front, accompanied by what seems to be an outdoor seating area suitable for pleasant weather conditions. In summary, it was a thoroughly enjoyable lunch experience. “ Reopened following refurbishment from 4th January 2019 to 9th jan, now owned by the same people as Neptune’s in the old town. Added kebabs burgers and jacket potato to the menu. And closed on Sundays. Other than that looks the same no radical overhaul. ”
